Flagship workshop

From AI Buzz to Business Impact

A practical Claude Cowork workshop. Most professionals are talking about AI; few are using it in a way that changes how they work. This closes that gap, live, with your industry's examples, and no technical background required.

Two sessions · 2.5 hours each · Day 1 available standalone

Participants leave with a system that's already working

Not a plan to set one up later. Every concept is demonstrated live using the attendees' actual workflows, their work, not generic templates.

Day One

The configured system

Move from one-off prompting to a Claude setup that remembers your role and clients, outputs documents to your standard every time, and runs multi-step research and writing on its own.

  • Set up Cowork and configure user instructions
  • Build a CLAUDE.md that gives Claude persistent context
  • Organize project folders and use @-references
  • Create writing-style templates for consistent output
  • Power techniques: Plan Mode, parallel agents, think harder
  • Understand skills, connectors and plugins
Day Two

Build it yourself

Participants take the wheel: their own configuration, their own tools, their own real work, with guidance in the room while they do it.

  • Install and configure plugins for their role
  • Manage tasks and working memory with the Productivity plugin
  • Work across PDFs, spreadsheets, images, decks and screenshots
  • Set up scheduled tasks to automate recurring workflows
  • Create a custom skill for a task specific to their job
  • Complete real multi-step workflows end to end

Delivered on consecutive days or 1-2 weeks apart. The gap is valuable, since people arrive at Day 2 with real questions from their own attempts. Prerequisite: a paid Claude plan.

About

Fluent in both languages

"The gap between what a business needs and what technology can actually do is where most AI projects quietly die. I've spent my career standing in that gap."

I started at Arthur Andersen as a manager in Strategic Information Technology Services, working with executives to make IT serve the business instead of hindering it. Then I went and built the software myself, founding AppealTrack, a SaaS platform for property tax professionals, and later ProductLight, a tool that strips bias out of feature prioritization.

Since then I've led product at venture-backed companies as VP of Product and Head of Product, taking platforms from MVP to enterprise-grade and aligning engineering, design, sales and customer success around the same goal. BS in Computer Science, cum laude, Indiana State.

That combination is the point. I can talk margin with your CFO, architecture with your engineers, and translate honestly in both directions.
